Meru Health offers comprehensive mental health care that prioritizes continuous support from licensed therapists. Through video calls and unlimited in-app chat, individuals can access the care they need at their convenience.

When you join the Meru Health program, you gain access to your licensed therapist through scheduled video sessions and asynchronous chat. This flexible approach ensures that your care aligns with your unique schedule.

In addition to the 12-week therapy program, Meru Health also provides an 8-week coaching option. This coaching program, supported by certified behavioral health coaches, offers an alternative path to achieving improved mental well-being.

Meru Health recognizes the connection between mental health and other aspects of wellness, such as nutrition, sleep, exercise, and breath. The integration of a wearable heart-rate variability device allows individuals to observe this connection firsthand.

The Meru Health app enhances the care experience by providing guided, evidence-based lessons and activities. These resources can be utilized independently or with the guidance of your therapist or coach.

Meru Health accepts in-network insurance coverage from multiple providers and is often offered as a free employee benefit by certain employers. The cost is dependent on individual plans and may involve copays and deductibles. However, even the 12-week program is more affordable compared to traditional therapy options.

Upon program completion, a significant portion of Meru participants experience clinically noticeable improvements. In fact, 73% of participants show improvement, with 59% achieving remission from depression or anxiety symptoms. These outcomes surpass the results achieved by traditional mental health care approaches within a 12-week timeframe.

The 12-Week Treatment Program includes:

<li>Up to four video therapy sessions with a licensed therapist, accompanied by ongoing in-app chat support throughout the entire program duration.</li>
<li>Guided in-app lessons and activities that promote emotional recognition, overcoming negative thinking, relationship improvement, and understanding the impact of sleep and nutrition on mental health.</li>
<li>A wearable device that, combined with guided breathing exercises, aids in recognizing and improving the body's physical response to stress. Meru Health's heart-rate variability (HRV) tools provide valuable insights.</li>
<li>Anonymous support and connection with a community of fellow Meru Health participants.</li>
</ol>

The 8-Week Coaching Program entails:
<ol>
<li>Two video sessions with a certified coach, accompanied by continuous in-app chat support.</li>
<li>In-app activities and lessons that foster stress reduction, increased resilience, and personal growth.</li>
<li>Weekly workshops that delve deeper into skills and practices, reinforcing desired changes.</li>
